In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "mas88" (also "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at mas88.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" (also "you", "your", "User") refers to any natural person who registers an account with mas88 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration, linked to a unique username and verified identity.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money deposits, bonus funds, and winnings held within a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers exclusively to funds deposited directly by the Player, excluding any bonus credits or promotional amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits awarded by mas88 through promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by mas88 before withdrawals or elevated account limits are granted.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products available on mas88, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), excluding Indonesian public holidays.

Access to and use of mas88 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mas88 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Underage gambling is illegal and morally prohibited. mas88 will immediately close any account where the account holder is found to be under 21 and will void all wagers and transactions associated with that account.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mas88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mas88 or by any recognized gambling authority, that is currently in effect.
• You have not previously had an account closed by mas88 for breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other misconduct.

To access the Services, you must complete the mas88 registration process and create an Account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account. mas88 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. If a Player is found to operate more than one Account — whether directly or through associated devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal details — mas88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 — Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mas88 will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mas88 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 — Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mas88 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

mas88 is required to implement a KYC verification process to comply with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and to protect the security of all Players on the Platform.

4.1 — Verification Requirement

Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be triggered when a Player's deposit or wagering activity exceeds defined thresholds. mas88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

4.2 — Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) — all four corners visible and not expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement (issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other recognized Indonesian bank), or official correspondence showing your name and current residential address, dated within the preceding 90 days.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, taken in good lighting, confirming that the account holder and document owner are the same individual.

4.3 — Processing Time

Standard KYC verification is completed within 1–24 hours of document submission during Business Hours. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours. Withdrawals are suspended for the duration of any pending verification review.

4.4 — Failure to Verify

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within 30 days of request, mas88 may suspend the Account, freeze the Balance, and — if fraud or AML risk is identified — report the matter to relevant authorities and withhold funds accordingly.

mas88 accepts deposits from Players in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the mas88 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mas88 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees independently of mas88.
• Deposits made outside banking hours may be held until the next available processing window. "Instant" processing applies during the bank's own operational hours.
• mas88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that triggers an AML alert, appears to be made on behalf of a third party, or is linked to a payment method inconsistent with the Player's registered identity.

6.1 — Withdrawal Eligibility

A Player may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification (see Clause 4).
• No active fraud investigation or account suspension on the account.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been satisfied (see Clause 7).

6.2 — Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes:

• Standard (Bronze / Silver tier): Processed within 1–3 Business Days.
• Gold VIP tier: Same-day processing guaranteed for requests submitted before 14:00 WIB on a Business Day.

6.3 — Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless an alternative is approved by the mas88 compliance team following identity verification. Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) is the primary withdrawal channel.

6.4 — Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100.000.000. Higher amounts may be approved on a case-by-case basis for verified Gold-tier players.

6.5 — Withdrawal Fees

mas88 does not charge a platform fee for withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside mas88's control and are the Player's responsibility.

mas88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The Wagering Requirement for each offer is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless specified otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30×) the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry are automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain high-RTP games, live dealer games, or low-margin markets may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 8.1 — Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on mas88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. mas88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds, after an event has concluded, or where the Platform suspects market manipulation or fraudulent activity.

8.2 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game, and Player tier. Applicable limits are displayed on the relevant bet slip or game interface at the time of placement. mas88 may adjust individual Player limits based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

8.3 — Void Bets

Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed without resumption within 48 hours; a clear technical error results in odds being offered that are materially inconsistent with the true market at the time of placement; or the bet was placed after the event or market outcome was already determined.

8.4 — Sports Betting: Asian Handicap and Live Markets

For football betting — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League — mas88 applies standard Asian handicap and 1X2 market rules consistent with international sportsbook conventions. Live in-play bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) selections, are subject to a brief delay in acceptance to mitigate abuse of in-progress information. Bets accepted in error during this delay window may be voided.

8.5 — Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are final once a round is complete and the outcome is displayed. Technical malfunctions (client disconnection, browser crash) during an active game round are governed by the relevant game provider's rules, which take precedence over these general terms.

• Using proceeds from illegal activity to fund your Account (money laundering).

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your mas88 Account.
• Distributing, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, data feed, or odds information from the Platform without written consent from mas88.

All content available on mas88 — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, user interface designs, odds data, and data feeds — is the proprietary intellectual property of mas88 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 12.3 — Maximum Liability Cap

Where mas88 is found liable by a competent court or arbitrator, the maximum aggregate liability of mas88 to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in your account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

12.4 — No Warranty

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mas88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, merchantability, or error-free operation.

mas88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mas88 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification, a banner on the homepage, or an email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
